In your screencast we have an American company, on a Russian domain, hosting from a Brazilian IP address. Yep, that can happen. Google and other large companies have big cache systems that will load balance and serve pages from various IPs all over the world. Looks like sometimes you're connecting to their American servers and sometimes you're connecting to their Brazilian servers.
It's of course always possible that the IP in question isn't actually in Brazil and that entry in the location database is out-of-date. If so, Maxmind will probably update it in a future database update, and if they do, we'll include that update as well. See here for more info on the subject.
