Flagfox uses one of the IP address location databases provided by Maxmind. We don't maintain this database, so you would need to contact Maxmind to correct any issues. You can provide corrections to Maxmind here : https://www.maxmind.com/en/correction.

Once any issues are corrected by Maxmind these will also be updated in Flagfox in the following monthly update. For more information on this topic see this thread: http://flagfox.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=214

The IP databases are released on a monthly basis, usually at the start of the month. As you submitted your corrections towards the end of last month, I would not have expected to see the corrections in this month's release. They may be in next month's release, but no guarantee of that either as I have no idea how Maxmind verify corrections, how quickly they update their databases, and what the differences are between the free version that Flagfox uses and the paid for version.

And as a reminder we have no control over the IP database, so any issues should be directed to Maxmind.

Thanks Rleeden, I agree with your comment but i wrote to maxmind and this is the answer they gave me:

Hi,

I believe the Firefox plugin uses our free GeoLite database which is less
accurate than the paid version.

I just checked the paid database. It is returning a US resolution for
142.4.200.0 which you can check this in the search box at our homepage below.

Thanks,
