I get the following error:

You seem to be a robot accessing the Geotool website.
Your IP address has been recorded and you are now being blocked.
You may want to browse the Maxmind website,
where you can download an IP address to GeoLocation database and various APIs.
If you are human, then apologies. Please visit the Flagfox Forum to report this error.

There seems to be a few people recently being redirected to this page. This is due to your browser user-agent being blank. Is this something you've intentionally done? The website suffers from many robots trying to scrape geolocation data so I was forced to block anybody trying to hide their user-agent. But since introducing this measure, site now has other techniques to prevent excessive robot visits. So I have changed the way the site deals with browsers with blank user-agents, and you should be able to visit the site again.

As you what is causing your user-agent to be blank if you haven't done it intentionally - I don't know. A previous user who had this issue suspected it may have been caused by a program called 'web-washer'.

Change your IP through your ISP.
