I don't understand what you're trying to do here. A list of various sites hosted in different places is interesting, I guess, but why did you go to the trouble of making it and posting it? What is going on in that screenshot you posted in your second post here?

As to the icons in the red boxes in the screenshot, those are just the icons in the "icons/special" folder for indicating pages in locations other than can be indicated with a flag. Their filenames are describe most of them fairly well. The globe icon gets used for when Flagfox is behind a proxy and can't look up IPs or flags and also for certain IP ranges for anonymising services, the page with a plus gets used for new tabs (yes, the icon isn't great), the folder icon gets used for local files, the house icon is used for localhost, the networked drive icon is used for private IP ranges, and the plain question mark is used for looked up public IP ranges that are not listed in Maxmind's database (which doesn't come up that often).

Edited to add:
Quite a few of the links in your initial post are broken and have "..." in the link text and link URL.

Ah, I figured out where that screenshot is from. You linked to the forum's profile manager, but to get that you click "display gallery" then select "flags" in the list. Richard apparently put up all the flag icons into the palette of avatars. These icons are just mixed in with the flags, that's all.
