Wow, 5 people posting all at once today. If you'd have read the developer comments on the AMO page you'd know that due to a minor API change that just landed in the Trunk nightlies Flagfox 4.0.6 is no longer compatible. There is a version 4.0.7pre sitting in the beta channel for you to install that will work with latest nightlies. Please install that.

All "addon.getResourceURL is not a function" error reports have been merged into this one thread.

Oh, and just to be clear: an error message is not in any way a "crash". A crash takes down the entire program, then hopefully sending up the Mozilla Crash Reporter.

Bug 563262 is what landed and changed the API. Yes, I was the one who requested the change, which is why 4.0.7pre was up and waiting before the nightly with compatibility loss was even built. The change is not in a 4.0.7 up for everyone yet because I have a policy of not pushing extra mid-month updates to a million users, as it tends to annoy quite a few of them to have more than the minimum monthly updates.
