Addon installation errors are Firefox or server problems

Firefox handles addon installation and management itself. If you have an issue trying to install Flagfox, it's a Firefox or Mozilla server bug and not necessarily something we can help you with on our end. If a tiny little window pops up giving you some cryptic nonsensical (negative) three digit error code, then please read this support article here: Mozilla Support: Unable to install add-ons

If you're having trouble installing or updating and addon and the process is stalling or gives some other kind of problem, you might consider uninstalling that addon and installing it again. If you need help on how to do this: Mozilla Support: Using extensions with Firefox

If you're having problems downloading Flagfox from Mozilla's Add-ons website, addons.mozilla.org (AMO), the please report the problem to us, however the issue is on their end so there's not much we can do about it. Sometimes their server has a hiccup or has a delay in refreshing after a new version is posted, in which case you should just try again later.

If you wish to check for addon updates manually, you can do so by going to Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions and then clicking Find Updates.
