I think you've gotten a little confused. By definition, Flagfox is needed for a Flagfox error to show. :) The question is if Flagfox plus another add-on causes the error. If you typed "flagfox" into the filter bar (without the quotes) and got nothing, then Flagfox is not (correctly) installed at all...
