Looks like API for webextensions to add keyboard shortcuts is coming to Fx 60.0 - Mozilla bug #1421811!
Tree Style Tab uses it.
Example component used in TST addon.
I had mixed experience in TST as I couldn't assign any hotkey combination I wanted but most of it works.

I think that would not replace the benefit of e.g. launching few actions with a single flag click but rather complement it. Proably asking dev. of Stay-Open Menu (also my "core" extension) might be beneficial as it provides effect You want to achieve. At some point I was considered asking if S.O.M. ...

For start I want to say I really LOVE this extension for both core (flag) and custom actions functionality and been using it for a long time. The more I use it and more actions I added I started to fill this would be a good idea: Often I find myself wanting yo perform multiple, similar actions. A go...

I would like to request 3 more variables, usable in custom actions, that would return currently loaded page: {title} {description} {keywords} Those are basically the same Fox uses when bookmarking page. Usually required when filling forms on all those "social" sites that let's you share, digg, bookm...
